Jawatan Kosong Programme Management Supervisor Automotive in Kuala Terengganu

Job Description:

General Lead and manage the Product Development Process (PDP) for new automotive models. Ensure a flawless launch of new models, meeting all performance, quality, and timeline objectives.

2. New Development Management

• Facilitate weekly PDP meetings to drive progress and address project needs. Develop and maintain detailed PDP files for each project, including project plans and milestone tracking.
• Monitor and report on the progress of each department involved in the project.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate potential risks to management in a timely manner.
• Organize and coordinate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) meetings with customers to align on quality and project expectations.
• Oversee the tracking, coordination, and resolution of all open issues with customers to ensure satisfactory outcomes

3. Current Platform

• Support coordination and management of major Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) related to current models.
• Ensure effective tracking and flawless execution of changes through collaboration with Product Engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in program management within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of PDP, APQP, and ECN processes.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
