Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Data Entry & Recording: Maintain and update financial records, journals, and ledgers.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, expense reports, and payment receipts.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Compliance & Auditing: Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or those with proven record in accounting preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience (6 months to 3 years) in an accounting, in Retail Sector and knowledge of full-set account will be an added advantage.
• Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, accuracy, strong organization, and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
