Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan machining process, develop CNC program and setting instructions
• To analyses and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools and equipment.
• To propose technical improvement on process, method and speed to meet company standard.
• To control the highest quality of products produced.
• Analyze rejection rate and machine downtime, trouble-shoot and offer alternative processes to resolve quality issue.
• Provide technical support for machines and process to operate at optimum condition during production.
• Continuous improvement on process method, work economics and cycle time. Expedite machine recovery time to increase manufacturing efficiency.
• Actively seek to improve manufacturing cycle time to increase manufacturing efficience
• Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction, and compliance with safety requirements.
• All others responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Above 3 years working experience in similar capacity and similar industry, preferable CNC.
• Able to work independently
• Able to understand mechanical drawing.
• Knowledge and experience in CNC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
