• Membantu pihak Pengurusan dalam merancang dan menyelaras keperluan bagi projek pembukaan cawangan baharu.
• Menyediakan, menyusun dan mengemaskini dokumen, rekod serta fail berkaitan projek.
• Membantu menyediakan project checklist, timeline, task list dan status kemajuan projek.
• Menyelaras komunikasi dan urusan antara pihak Pengurusan, kontraktor, vendor, pembekal dan pihak berkaitan sepanjang tempoh projek.
• Membantu mengurus keperluan pembelian dan perolehan berkaitan pembukaan cawangan seperti perabot, peralatan, bahan pembelajaran, stationery, signage dan keperluan operasi.
• Membantu memastikan keperluan dokumentasi dan pentadbiran bagi pembukaan cawangan disediakan dengan lengkap.
• Membantu mengurus jadual mesyuarat, lawatan tapak, perbincangan vendor dan aktiviti berkaitan projek.
• Menyediakan minit mesyuarat, laporan kemajuan dan ringkasan status projek apabila diperlukan.
