Jawatan Kosong Captain Housekeeping in Cameron Highlands

Job Scope

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Reporting to superior for defect / faulty and replacement needed.
• Oversee staff on a daily basis by daily briefing and follow up with team.
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness standards level.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene.
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests .
• Daily updated stock usage in/out for room cleaning usage and stock.
• Monitor daily record / status for Laundry.
• Keep store well arrange and clean before housekeepers clock out.

Job Requirement

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel, serviced apartment, resort, or property housekeeping (prior supervisory experience preferred).
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning agents, and floor care equipment.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
