Business Development Manager

Are you a hands-on, practical, and creative individual with a passion for industrial engineering? Do you thrive in business development and sales? If yes, this opportunity is for you!

• Industry: Pump Industry
• Location: Johor, Malaysia
• Salary: RM10,000 - RM15,000 (Based on Experience)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Business Development Strategy – Identify target markets, execute strategies, and drive business growth.
• Market Research & Analysis – Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Client Acquisition & Management – Engage with potential clients & nurture existing relationships.
• Sales & Revenue Generation – Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets.
• Networking & Relationship Building – Represent the company at industry events & build a strong professional network.
• Partnerships & Collaborations – Establish strategic alliances and manage partnerships.
• Reporting & Analysis – Track and optimize business development performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (Preferably in Geared Motor, Industrial Gear & Coupling industry).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in SalesForce & business development tools.
• Willing to travel.

• We're looking for candidates who are always learning, adapting, and staying ahead of industry trends!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
