Jawatan Kosong Admin Executive in Ipoh

JOB SCOPE:

1. Procurement

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timeline.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Issuance purchase order to supplier and follow up the delivery status.
• Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with supplies.
• To prepare accurate procurement report
• Responsible to ensuring all purchasing activities are compliance with company policy and procedures.

2. Financing

• To prepare and maintain full sets of monthly management accounts.
• Perform daily account operation in accounts receivable and payable, monthly expenses payment, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Assists with annual audit and yearly budget for the company.
• Prepare monthly payroll .

3. Any task assigned by the superior

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Accounting / Finance / Business Admin or equivalent.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive attitude and willingness.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply this position

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
