Jawatan Kosong Retail Merchandiser in Johor Bahru

We are looking for a Retail Sales Merchandiser to manage our product stocks and merchandise at our dealers’ and oversee promotional campaigns. The Retail Sales Merchandiser must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ensure that a proper level of stock is maintained and that the merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favourable shelf placement.
• Resolve issues that may arise as a result of audits.
• Solve problems at the store level to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement.
• Train store employees to give them an awareness and appreciation of certain products so they're more likely to recommend these products to customers.
• Execute and oversee special promotional campaigns created to boost sales volume.
• Monitor sales volume, inspect inventory levels, and maintaining in-store promotional materials.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in merchandising/retail sales
• Candidate fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Can travel within Johor area, and Melaka sometime.
• Experience in stock control and reporting would be advantageous.
• Must possess a valid driving license D with own transport.
• Office is based in Taman Desa Tebrau, Johor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
