Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle customer enquiries professionally
• Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
• Coordinate between customers and operations team
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Assist in sales activities, customer follow-ups, and lead generation
• Handle basic accounting and administrative tasks
• Assist in building and facility maintenance coordination
• Ensure office and co-working space operations run smoothly
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
