Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Executive Immediate Hiring - 5th JUNE in Petaling Jaya

JOB SCOPE:

• Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products
• Act as first contact person for technical issues inquiries.
• Assist customers regarding any technical issues and provide excellent technical assistance for the customers (remote troubleshooting).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• SPM holders (min 3 creds in BM, Sejarah and English) and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided

SALARY PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary: RM2,300
• KPI/Attendance allowance: RM500
• Shift allowance: RM400
• Salary can go up to RM3200
