Jawatan Kosong Drone Technician DJI Service Centre/DronesKaki Sarawak in Kuching

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Drone Technician to join our team at DJI Droneskaki Sarawak. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drones to ensure our customers' devices are in perfect working order. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in providing outstanding service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of DJI drones and accessories
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify issues and prevent potential problems
• Install, configure, and update drone software and firmware
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Assist customers with drone-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and training
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and service appointments
• Assist the sales team with closing customer leads
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to communicate in Chinese, English, and Malay
• Knowledge of drones and accessories, especially DJI products is a plus
• Technical education or certification in electronics or related field is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
