Job Description

• Provide safe and reliable driving services for Directors, Management, staff, guests, or company visitors as assigned.
• Handle dispatch duties, including sending and collecting documents, parcels, cheques, bank documents, and other company items.
• Travel to banks, government offices, consultants, suppliers, clients, project sites, and other assigned locations when required.
• Ensure all documents, parcels, and company items are delivered accurately, securely, and on time.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of company vehicles at all times.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks including fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, lights, and cleanliness before use.
• Assist with office errands, vehicle servicing arrangements, road tax renewal, maintenance follow-up, and other administrative support duties as assigned.
