Job Responsibilities:

1. New Joiner Preparation: Coordinate workstation setup, Badge lD issuance, Name Card printing, and Access Card control.

2. Welfare Organization: Plan and source suppliers for daily snacks and festival qifts within the provided budget.

3. Company Car Management: Oversee car usage, maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewal.

4. Visitor Reception: Provide visitor reception services and meeting support.

5. Space Management: Manage ofice space neds,including cleaning, leasing, expansion,relocation, renovation,workstation repars, ofice maintenance,green plant care, and general
upkeep.

6. SlM Card Management: Address SlM card requirements for business departments and update system data accordingly.

7. Payment Management: Ensure timely submission and record-keeping of payments.

8. Dormitory Management: Oversee housing leases for expatriate staff and maintain general records and monitoring.

9. Additional Duties: Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

10. Service Targets: Provide support for regional administrative tasks in Europe, if required.

Required Qualifications:

Education
Bachelor's degree or above

Skills & Added Value
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Good communication skills, fast response and outgoing
Service-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English
Preferably someone that can commuicate well in Mandarin**

Working Experience
1-3 years of administrative work experience
