Jawatan Kosong Technical Support Engineer in Johor Bahru REQUIREMENTS:
Job Responsibilities

Drive sales and marketing activities for sanitary ware, tap fittings, and other building materials to developers, architects, interior designers, retailers, and contractors.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits and engagement.
Conduct product presentations, introductions, and demonstrations to customers and project stakeholders.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and agreements with principals in the best interest of the company.
Lead, guide, and support the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up on deliveries, shortages, and complaint resolutions.
Monitor team performance and drive the achievement of monthly sales and collection targets.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans as required.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the sanitary ware, building materials, construction, or related industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Commercially driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and general computer software.
Well-established network with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, or related industry professionals will be an added advantage.
Independent, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Willing and able to travel regularly as required by the role.
