Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve Company's goal and objective set in sales budget and KPI.
• Accountable for sales target I operation metrics for Distributors as assigned under his / her responsibility.
• Responsible for overall business development by brands / packs / channels.
• Develop, guide and motivate sales team to achieve outlet merchandising excellence.
• Develop monthly action plan according to location I area needs and requirements.
• Prepare and manage monthly sales forecast.
• Monitor and feedback to management on competitor's activities and act effectively to remove any competitive advantage.
• Develop sales team (DSM/ADSM/DMR) skills and competencies through on job and classroom trainings.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or any related discipline.
• Must have at least 8 years of related experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Good command in English both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage a team of sales personnel.
• Computer literate with strong analytical skill and result oriented.
• Effective presentation skill and demonstrate good business acumen.
• Must be willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang.
