HAG STORE SDN. BHD. is hiring! We are seeking an energetic and engaging TikTok Live Host to showcase our products and connect with our audience in a fun and informative way.

Job Descriptions

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for live streaming.
• Plan and prepare required equipment and tools for live streaming sessions on Tiktok.
• Set up for live streaming sessions.
• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok to showcase and sell the company’s products.
• Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, respond to comments and build a strong online community.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and their benefits.
• Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.
• Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to purchase or take desired actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products or services.
• Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.

Job Requirements

• At least ONE (1) year experience as a live host.
• Proficient in using TikTok's features, tools and editing capabilities.
• Required language(s): English and Malay
• Strong hosting and communication skills to engage and entertain the audience.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for social media, digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Require to have some video editing skills.
• Commit at least 44 streaming hours per week.
• Must be comfortable in front of camera, and must NOT be camera shy.
• Presentable image with outgoing and charismatic traits.
• Willing to work at our streaming studio
• Prior exposure to Solar & Lighting products

Benefits

• Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000
• Incentives + commission + bonus
• Provide paid leaves (Annual, Medical, Paternity/Maternity, etc.)
• Provide EPF, EIS & SOCSO
• Working Days: 6 days per week (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
