Kelayakan

• Malaysian, 18 tahun ke atas,
• Minimum SPM/O LEVEL/SKM 1/2/3 ,atau yang setaraf,
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam operasi peruncitan adalah kelebihan,
• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi lisan dan bertulis yang bagus,
• Bersikap mesra, dapat memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang,

Job Description

• Membantu pembeli dengan tugas-tugas pentadbiran harian.
• Menyusun dan menyimpan rekod pembelian, invois, dan dokumentasi lain.
• Menyediakan dan mengeluarkan pesanan pembelian (PO) berdasarkan permintaan pembeli.
• Memantau status pesanan pembelian dan mengemas kini sistem dengan maklumat terkini.
• Berhubung dengan pembekal untuk mendapatkan sebut harga dan status penghantaran.
• Menyelesaikan sebarang isu atau pertanyaan berkaitan pesanan pembelian.
• Membantu memantau tahap inventori dan memastikan stok mencukupi.
• Menyediakan laporan pembelian dan inventori untuk semakan pengurusan.
• Menguruskan penyimpanan dan pengarkiban dokumen pembelian dengan sistematik.
