JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Township Marketing & Brand Implementation

-Support the implementation of Ipoh Sentral master branding strategy across all marketing initiatives.

-Ensure consistent application of brand positioning and messaging across marketing materials and campaigns.

-Coordinate marketing activities that build awareness of Ipoh Sentral as a future landmark development in Ipoh.

2. Marketing for Development Milestones

-Plan and execute marketing initiatives supporting key development milestones including:

*Landscape Park Grand Opening

*Mosque Groundbreaking and launch events

*Community and stakeholder engagement activities

-Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, media coverage and promotional campaigns.

3. Residential/Commercial Project Launch Marketing

-Lead marketing preparations for the first residential/commercial parcel launch within Ipoh Sentral.

-Coordinate development of key marketing deliverables including:

*Project brochures

*Website and digital assets

*Brand narrative and creative materials

*Advertisements and advertorials

-Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong lead generation and launch visibility.

4. Agency & Vendor Management

-Coordinate and manage external agencies and vendors including:

-Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns aligned with project timelines.

5. Media Planning & Marketing Campaign Execution

-Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and events.

*Digital marketing platforms

-Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance.

6. Market Research & Reporting

-Monitor property market activity in Ipoh and surrounding regions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Property Development Marketing.
