Jawatan Kosong Insurance Medical Claims Assessor in MNC - Support to HK/SG in Kuala Lumpur

• Process all Life and/or Accident & Hospitalization claims requests received as per stipulated requirements
• Process pre-approval requests in accordance with required benchmarks
• Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim / underwriting system
• Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark
• Effective assessment of how the enhancement will affect claims / underwriting operation efficiency
• Suggest and implement workarounds before and after system implementation
• Follow-up on issues post-implementation
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Biomedical, Bioscience, Medicine, Dietitian, MBBS, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology or any related major.
• Lab, Nurse, Doctor, Food Science, Nutrition, Physiotherapist, Pharmacist, Sport Science, Chemistry background are welcomed to apply.
• Computer literate in MS Office, sound problem solving and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin as it's support to Hong Kong / Singapore.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply as training is provided.
• Candidates with years of claims experience are good to apply.

Interview Process: 1 round of Online Video Interview

• Basic is up to RM7,000 depend on experience and qualification
