Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE in Kangar

Description

Ensure all company policies and control are implemented and in place at all times.
-Handle full set of accounts including day-to-day accounting functions and month end closing and reconciliations
-Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
-Handling full set accounts, knowledge
-Maintaining a proper and organized filing system, ensuring all documentations are up to date and in file, both hardcopy and softcopy.
-Performing daily operational accounting duties.
-Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Superior.
-Preparation of various reports on a timely basis for Management's review.
-Review all invoices and documentations for approvals prior to payment.
- Responsible for monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet
- Check invoices/bills/claims and process payments
- Liaise with the external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary, and bankers in relation to annual audit and other relevant authorities where necessary

REQUIREMENTS :-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting / LCCI or equivalent.

• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.

• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good analytical skills, attentive to details and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
