Job Title: Safety & Health Officer (Building Maintenance)

Location: Putrajaya
Employment Type: Contract (until completion of project)
Department: Facility & Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Safety & Health Officer (Building Maintenance) to join our team and help us ensure a safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Also, we are looking for candidate who is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies that comply with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and address potential hazards.
• Provide safety training to employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and laws.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain accurate records.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Perform regular safety audits and inspections.

Supporting Responsibilities:

• Follow and enforce company rules and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and related regulations

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Experience in risk assessments and safety training.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Have Green Book
• Experience in construction and infrastructure safety will be an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
