• Merangka dan melaksanakan pelan pemasaran jangka pendek dan jangka panjang.
• Menentukan segmen pasaran, sasaran pelanggan, dan kedudukan jenama.
• Menganalisis trend pasaran, pesaing, dan keperluan pelanggan.
• Menggunakan data dan maklum balas untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran.
• Mengurus pelaksanaan kempen iklan (digital, cetak, media sosial, dll.).
• Memantau prestasi kempen dan membuat penyesuaian bila perlu.
