Project Manager (Building Projects)

About the Role

Zerin Properties Urus Harta Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee building improvement, refurbishment and asset enhancement projects across our managed properties. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning to completion while ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage multiple building projects simultaneously.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and overall progress.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Review quotations, tenders and contractor claims.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Oversee project testing, commissioning, handover and defect rectification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years' experience managing building or construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, M&E systems, tender management and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
