Jawatan Kosong HR Executive / Assistant Executive Industrial Relation in Alor Setar

It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced HR Executive / Assistant Executive (IR) with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Alor Setar, Kedah.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in handling disciplinary cases, including investigations, evidence gathering, documentation, and issuance of disciplinary letters.
• Support the implementation, review, and communication of Industrial Relations (IR) policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of domestic inquiries, including acting as a prosecuting officer or assistant prosecuting officer when required.
• Conduct or assist in counselling and coaching sessions related to employee performance, conduct, and workplace behavior.
• Provide guidance and respond to inquiries from employees and stakeholders on HR-related matters, including company policies and employment entitlements.
• Maintain and manage disciplinary and misconduct records in the HRMS system, including proper documentation of grievances, domestic inquiries (DI), performance improvement plans (PIP), and attendance-related issues.
• Support and assist in tracking performance improvement plans and attendance issues.
• Assist in preparing documentation for cases referred to the IR Department, Court, and Labor Office.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Stay updated on legislative amendments related to the Industrial Relations Act 1967 and the Employment Act 1955.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of working experience in HR or IR functions preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Industrial Relations are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding or basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967) and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience in preparing reports, warning letters, show cause letters, and participating in domestic inquiries is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and discreetly.
• Willingness to learn and contribute actively in investigations, case documentation, and domestic inquiries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity, responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks or cases under pressure with minimal supervision.
