Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all compliance agreements are properly maintained with suppliers and business partners.
• Build and maintain responsive communication with tenants to address operational concerns and enquiries.
• Conduct regular inspections of the mall’s interior and exterior areas and follow up on any deficiencies identified.
• Implement and monitor Shopping Mall Operating Procedures and Cleanliness Policies.
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints while enforcing mall rules and regulations.
• Escalate operational issues to senior management when necessary.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and tenants to resolve operational matters efficiently.
• Monitor and control the use of common areas and corridors in front of tenant outlets.
• Manage tenant delivery schedules and loading bay operations to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Ensure appropriate disciplinary actions are taken against tenants who violate operational procedures.
• Support sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and energy efficiency programs.
• Ensure operational practices comply with company quality, safety, health, environmental, and security standards.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of customer and tenant information in compliance with PDPA requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
