HR Exchange Pte Ltd Job Vacancies Jun 2026

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports
• Monitor the companys cash flow, funding and budget allocation
• Control and manage end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments and monthly/year-end close activities
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are in full compliance with company policy and adhere to local statutory laws and regulations.
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
• Process monthly claims submitted by employees in accordance to companys policies
• Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
• Coordinate with Director and Accounts Department (Regional SG HQ) to manage all finance/account matters.
• Assist on any accounts related ad-hoc tasks required by other departments

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in Finance/Account
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity
