Jawatan Kosong Supervisor in Penampang

Job Description:

• To prepare JKR Report, Daily Report and Emergency Work Report.

• To upload photos taken daily and update Weekly Progress Online Report.

• To request for tools and materials for Routine and Emergency Works.

• To utilize JKR inspection App and RO1 App accordingly.

• To train and provide guidance to Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and Trainee Assistant Supervisors.

• To assist the Area Manager in preparing the monthly progress report for submission to JKR and carry out any other duties & responsibilities assigned by Area Manager / Asst. Area Manager or the Management.

• To monitor Subcontractor�s Work Performance as well as verify work done are carried out according to specifications and within programmed time frame.

• To issue NCR to Subcontractor�s accordingly and update subcontractor�s Weekly Progress.

• To monitor and record Emergency Temporary or Emergency Reinstatement Work Progress.

• To assist engineers in monitoring of Periodic Works.

• To respond within 1 hour as well as to set up traffic management in the event of an emergency.

• To assess the damage then report to the Area Manager and if necessary to carry out remedial works.

• To attend to public complaints and initiate remedial actions.

• To conduct joint inspections with JKR Representatives or Publics as well as conduct Site Verification for Subcontractor�s work done and occasionally to liaise with subcontractor�s supervisor on JKR Transferred Workers� work performance.

• To coordinate with RO1, RO2, RO4 teams accordingly and collect road inventory data and measurement.

• To carry out Routine Inspections as per Inspection Schedule and take required photos accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/infrastructure or metal works projects

• Language Requirements: Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese both oral and written skills.
