JOB DESCRIPTION

Jobscope / Responsibility:

• Performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks into various computer systems and databases.

• Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, documents, and records.

• Answering phones and responding to email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Drafting, editing, and formatting documents such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations using word processing software.

• Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, and managing inventory levels.

• Processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in accordance with established procedures.

• Sorting incoming mail, distributing it to the appropriate recipients, and preparing outgoing mail for postage.

• Providing general administrative support to other team members as needed.
