SITE AGENT

A. Deskripsi Tugas (Job Description) :

1. Membantu dalam pemantauan kemajuan kerja di tapak dan memastikan perjalanan kerja harian di tapak dilakukan secara cekap, teratur dan mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.

2. Mengenalpasti sebarang kecacatan (defects) dan memastikan tindakan pembetulan diambil dengan segera.

3. Memastikan setiap hasil kerja menepati spesifikasi teknikal yang digariskan dalam kontrak.

4. Bertindak sebagai wakil sah Kontraktor di tapak. Sebarang arahan daripada Pegawai Penguasa (S.O.) kepada Site Agent dianggap telah disampaikan terus kepada Kontraktor.

5. Melaporkan sebarang kemalangan atau keadaan tidak selamat kepada Pegawai Keselamatan (Safety Officer).

KELAYAKAN UMUM

✅ Mempunyai pengalaman berkaitan bidang pembinaan

✅ Bertanggungjawab, berdisiplin dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik

✅ Boleh bekerja di tapak projek dan mengikut keperluan projek

✅ Mampu bekerja secara individu dan bersama pasukan

Syarat Kelayakan:

1. Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Kejuruteraan Awam, Pengurusan Pembinaan atau bidang berkaitan.

2. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam industri pembinaan khususnya dalam projek renovasi atau penyelenggaraan bangunan.

3. Mempunyai kebolehan berkomunikasi dan memahami arahan teknikal dalam Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Memiliki Kad Hijau CIDB yang masih aktif
