Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable & Payment Processing

• Process supplier invoices and verify supporting documents before payment approval
• Prepare Payment Vouchers (PV) and coordinate payments via bank transfer, cheque, and other approved methods
• Ensure supplier charges and payment details are accurate and properly supported
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain proper records

2. Accounts Receivable & Billing

• Issue invoices, Credit Notes (CN), and Debit Notes (DN) accurately and promptly
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients on overdue invoices
• Maintain updated payment tracking and aging reports
• Coordinate invoice issuance for operational activities such as renewals, recruitment, special passes, and related services

3. Bank, Cash Flow & Reconciliation

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Update petty cash, cash vouchers, and financial records on a daily basis
• Monitor company cash flow and ensure timely payments
• Track bank transaction approvals and ensure smooth payment processing

4. Financial Reporting & Coordination

• Assist in preparing financial reports, Profit & Loss reports, and General Ledger schedules
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting records

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate effectively with the company oversea trade partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
