JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in daily transactions of the company

• Daily check on posting to hotel reservation system to ensure tally to documentation and collection

• Compilation of hotel documentation in relation to sales for reporting on daily and weekly basis

• To assist with reconciliation of bank account in relation to sales collection

• To assist with any other accounts reconciliation as and when requested

• To assist with checking and verification of petty cash usage documentation

• To assist with daily/weekly/monthly related reporting

• Other tasks assigned from time to time

Job Summary
