Jawatan Kosong Human Resource & Admin Manager in Sungai Petani

1.To drive the Human Resource & Admin Department functions and ensure the operations are managed, planned, executed and controlled in line with the departmental and strategic business objectives & direction, within the policies, procedures and systems.

2.Manage and execute the human capital planning and budget in line with the SOPs and manpower requirement.

3.Responsible for advising strategies that can effectively improve the dedication and commitment of the employees.

4.Manage and execute programs on competency and employee performance and talent management.

5.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace that complies with regulatory standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
