Jawatan Kosong Content Creator - Kajang in Kajang

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging content across social media, website, and digital marketing platforms. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and storytelling, especially around tiles, design trends, homeowners' needs, and showroom experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Strategy

· Plan, ideate, and execute monthly content calendars for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok), website and other relevant platforms.

· Research tile trends, homeowner pain points, and interior design topics to create relevant content.

· Work closely with Creative and Sales Team to align content with campaigns and product launches.

2. Content Production

· Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.) featuring products, design ideas, showroom tours and customer stories.

· Capture product photos, lifestyle shots, and showroom visuals for use across all platforms.

· Write captions, headlines, and scripts in clear, engaging language

3. Social Media Management

· Post and schedule content, and manage community engagement across all platforms.

· Monitor comments and direct messages, and respond professionally according to the brand's tone of voice.

· Track performance and optimise content based on insights.

4. Brand & Creative Direction

· Maintain a consistent visual identity across colour, style, typography, framing and tone.

· Ensure content reflects brand values, mission, and tagline “Yang Cantik-Cantik Sahaja”.

5. Collaboration & Campaign Support

· Work with showroom retail teams to create product highlights and promotions.

· Support paid advertisements with creative assets for Meta, TikTok, Google and other relevant platforms.

· Coordinate with videographers, photographers and designers when needed.

· Travel to and create content for all company branches, project sites and assigned locations when required.

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

· Male candidates who are well-groomed and presentable are preferred.

· Have good storytelling ability and attention to detail.

· Able to work independently and produce daily and weekly content consistently.

· Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

· Passionate about home design, interiors or lifestyle aesthetics; experience creating similar content is an added advantage.

· Ability to host or appear on-screen is an added advantage.

· Maintain a neat, presentable and professional appearance at work, during content shoots, company events and when representing the company.

· Willing to travel to company branches and outstation locations when required
