Jawatan Kosong Project Site Manager Maincon / Project Based in Mont Kiara

Our client was founded in 1996 as a General Building Contractor accredited by CIDB. Over time, the company has amassed significant expertise and experience across diverse construction domains, including earthworks, infrastructure, industrial and commercial buildings, as well as interior finishing and alteration works. Renowned as a reliable Main Contractor, they excel in streamlining supply chain operations and leveraging project management software and systems effectively.

In 2009, the company successfully implemented an integrated ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety System.

Position: Site Manager
Location: Solaris Mont' Kiara, KL

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily construction site activities to ensure projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities on project matters.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical challenges, and construction-related problems promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation, site records, inspection reports, and project correspondence are maintained.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of site management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Willing to be based on project sites and travel as required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 10k- RM13k
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days:

Office (5 days work week) : Mon – Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
