Job Description

• Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans aligned with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Inspection & Testing: Define and oversee inspection and test procedures (ITPs) for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Documentation & Compliance: Review and approve contractors’ QA/QC documentation, including method statements, checklists, and test reports.
• Audit & Reporting: Conduct internal and external audits, track non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure timely closure with root cause analysis.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Commissioning Support: Support commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring quality standards are upheld during system integration and testing.
• Training & Development: Provide quality training to subcontractors and site teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• 10 - 15 years of QA/QC experience in construction; with at least 5 years in semiconductor / data center / advanced manufacturing projects
• Certified in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, Uptime Institute Tier Standards, BICSI, and LEED
• Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory and regulatory requirements.
