Jawatan Kosong Trainer in Kota Kinabalu

Trainer (Handphone/Laptop Company)

Location: Kota Kinabalu (need to outstation - within Sabah)

(Home Based + Out Station)

Job Scope

• To assist training manager in preparing training materials, follow-up action plan and report
• To conduct product and sales technique
• Track & monitor staff development
• Work in conjunction with training manager to identify the more appropriate training intervention to support business needs
• Provide on-the-job training coaching to internal and client sales team whenever required
• Incorporates innovative approaches and best practice into learning solutions and work processes
• New product launch and assist and support special event whenever required

Salary Range: RM2200-RM4500 (Basic depends on Experience)

Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Other Benefit such as: EPF, SOCSO, Insurance, Medical Claim

Requirement:

1. Malaysian

2. Age: 20-35

3. Min Diploma

4. Can speak and write Mandarin, BM, English

5. Must possess own transport

6. Must know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), online meeting tools such as Zoom, Teams

7. Have experience working as Sales in Retail industry or related industry

7. Additional Advantage: Have handphone basic knowledge / have laptop basic knowledge / have training experience
