Jawatan Kosong HR Manager in Kuantan

1. HR Strategy & Policy Management

• Lead the formulation, revision, and compliance review of HR policies (recruitment, compensation, performance management, training, etc.).

2. Recruitment, Labor Relations & Compliance

• Manage expatriate accounts (ESD) and foreign workers’ work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Liaise with government agencies (Labour Office, Immigration Department) to ensure compliance and resolve inquiries.

4. Compensation, Benefits & Data Analytics

• Review salary structures for role standardization, manage attendance tracking, overtime claims, and payroll processing.
• Assist the General Manager in designing competitive compensation packages, preparing labor cost budgets, and generating workforce analytics reports.
• Handle statutory registrations and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.
• Maintain HR2000 system data integrity and optimize approval workflows for HR automation.
