Jawatan Kosong Team Lead - Business Channels Community Deposits Specialist in Kuantan If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Key Responsibilities: Functional

• Lead region Community Deposit Specialist (CDS) to achieve region business objectives and ensure ongoing development among all region CDS.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish key clients relationship from HLB@Work, HLB@ school to drive region new account opening and CASA Balance (PFS and BCB)
• Collaborate with (RCGM/BM/CSOM) and other internal stakeholders to structure and delivered tailored region acquisition goals;
• Provide all report needed from HQ such as daily, weekly and monthly region sales report include new sign ups payroll, roadshow, schools and on-boarding status.
• Schedule region sales activity and ensure sales delivery and customer product offerings are met.
• Drive individual deposit growth (CASA) to achieve region financial year target.
• Follow up on region sales activities to ensure sales closure and accounts are open timely;
• Conduct briefing and training among team member (Weekly/Monthly).
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development;
• Follow up on region sales activities to ensure sales closure and accounts are open timely;
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management;
• Carry out market research and surveys;

• Continuous effort to improve business in support of building brand awareness and improving customer experience;
• Ensure all sales proposals are delivered on-time and within scope.

Education/Qualification

• Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred.
• Related working experience in financial institution or related field.
• Possess customer interaction / cash handling / transaction processing / sales experience.
