Jawatan Kosong Electrical Project Manager in Melaka

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years in the electrical industry.

- Expertise in both High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.

Project Management:

- Proven ability to manage project materials and delivery schedules.

- Strong skills in manpower planning and coordination.

- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing projects to meet timelines.

Communication:

- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM); proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.

- Capable of preparing professional written correspondence with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Work Style:

- Neat and systematic approach in all related documents.

- Good hygiene standards.

Financial Acumen:

- Sensitivity to project costing and effective cash flow management.

Negotiation Skills:

- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Efficient and clear communication with internal management teams and external parties.

Additional Requirements:

- Willing to work based at project construction sites.

- Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
