Tanggungjawab Utama:

1. Memotong dan menyediakan produk segar (ayam dan daging) untuk dipamer dan dijual.

2. Menggunakan teknik pemotongan yang betul untuk mengoptimumkan hasil dan mengurangkan pembaziran.

3. Menjaga kebersihan tempat kerja dan peralatan setiap masa.

4. Mematuhi garis panduan keselamatan makanan, kebersihan, dan kawalan kualiti.

5. Membungkus dan melabel produk dengan tepat termasuk berat, harga dan tarikh luput.

6. Membantu pelanggan dengan permintaan potongan khas atau pertanyaan produk.

7. Memantau kesegaran produk dan membuat pusingan stok mengikut keperluan.

8. Menerima, memeriksa dan menyimpan stok penghantaran pasar segar jika diperlukan.
