About the Roles

Join a logistics company as an Accounts Executive based in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru, working a 5-day schedule from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm. This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of up to RM4,000, along with parking allowance and variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain complete, organized, and up-to-date financial records and supporting documents.
• Record financial data with accuracy and ensure all entries are properly captured.
• Reconcile bank transactions and follow up on any differences identified.
• Manage petty cash records and track related transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to support timely payments and collections.
• Handle inter-company billings and reconciliations for regional entities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end closing tasks.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Assist with audit preparation and support compliance with accounting standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accountancy or relevant studies.
• Proficient in accounting software and basic accounting concepts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
