Tanggungjawab:

• Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan memberikan khidmat pelanggan yang baik
• Membantu pelanggan memilih tudung dan pakaian yang sesuai mengikut citarasa dan keperluan mereka
• Mengurus transaksi jualan menggunakan sistem POS (point of sales)
• Memastikan butik sentiasa kemas, bersih, dan tersusun dengan menarik
• Mengatur dan menyusun stok di rak serta membantu dalam proses restock
• Membantu dalam aktiviti pemasaran dan promosi butik apabila diperlukan
• Menyediakan laporan jualan harian dan membantu memantau stok keluar masuk
• Memastikan setiap pelanggan mendapat pengalaman membeli-belah yang memuaskan
• Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp, panggilan, atau media sosial butik
• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan butik untuk mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
