Tasks and duties
- Warehouse operations activities such as Receiving, Picking and Packing, and Loading bay to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of order within KPI is met.
- To check incoming orders and plan / organize packing for daily pick-up by performing data entry of E-commerce.
- Prepare orders by processing requests, replenishment activity, picking and packing boxes, placing orders in the loading bay area and other necessary documents for shipment.
- To ensure the E-commerce activities are well managed, organized and deliver to the customers as per expectation within the timeline.
- To pack goods with suitable cartons or grey box in accordance with the customer's requirement.
- Ensure the safe and efficient moving and handling of all items during picking, loading, reception and stocking to avoid any damages or injuries.
- Complete and update reports by entering required information timely and accurately into the daily panel information.
- Adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve a well-organized, optimized space utilization and safe-working environment.
- To monitor stock on hand and investigate the root cause of stock discrepancy reported by internal customers and initiate corrective action.
- Ad-hoc mission and activities as per requested
- Perform general office administrative duties and errands
- Any office and ad-hoc administrative matters as instructed by superior from time to time
Requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM8,889.76 per month
Expected hours: 44 per week
