Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Mengurus dan menyusun dokumen projek seperti laporan harian, surat-menyurat, lukisan, dan fail tapak.
• Merekod kehadiran pekerja, waktu kerja, dan tuntutan OT.
• Menyediakan laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan tapak projek.
• Mengurus stok bahan binaan, penerimaan barang, dan rekod inventori.
• Membantu penyediaan tuntutan bayaran, invois, dan dokumen sokongan.
• Berurusan dengan pejabat, pembekal, dan subkontraktor berkaitan dokumentasi.
• Mengemaskini data projek dalam sistem atau fail manual.
• Memastikan semua rekod tapak disimpan dengan teratur dan kemas.
• Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh Site Supervisor / Project Manager.

Kelayakan & Keperluan:

• Minimum SPM.
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Word, Excel, dan email.
• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.
• Teliti, bertanggungjawab, dan berdisiplin.
• Boleh bekerja di tapak bina dan mengikut jadual projek.
• Pengalaman dalam bidang pembinaan adalah satu kelebihan.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 52 weeks

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
