Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage daily operations of online platforms
• Handle online orders, order processing, and fulfilment coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse team for packing, stock checking, and delivery arrangements
• Create and update product listings, promotions, and online content
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and social media activities
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Monitor online sales performance, customer feedback, and prepare reports
• Support online campaigns, livestreams, and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or related field
• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing preferred
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social media platforms
• Good coordination skills and attention to details
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
