Responsibilities

• Network & Client Management
• Sales Target / Budget / Forecast
• Leadership & Staff Management
• Stock Management

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experiences in the luxury retail industry
• Knowledge of cash register systems. Basic computer skills, including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements and store climbing requirements
• Ability to manoeuvre sales floor
• Ability to clean displays to ensure professional presentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Genting Highlands Premium Outlets: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Assistant Store Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
• Stock Management: 3 years (Preferred)
