[About Zenherb]

Zenherb is located in Kota Damansara, next to The Strand Mall. We specialize in warm wellness therapies that promote relaxation and overall well-being. Our treatments include Herbal Foot Soaks and Far-Infrared Therapy.

During each customer's session, we aim to provide a peaceful and minimally disruptive experience. However, as a wellness centre, the role does involve interacting with customers and, when providing treatments, appropriate physical contact with both male and female customers.

[Daily Responsibilities]

1. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the wellness centre.

2. Assist customers during their treatments, including herbal foot soaks and the use of our wellness equipment. This role involves appropriate physical contact with both gender customers.

3. Complete daily reports using Google Docs, manage appointments through Google Calendar, and communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls.

Experience: With or without experience in wellness sector (Training Provided)

Language: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay

Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM -7:00 PM
