Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and appointments.
• Present and explain health programs using effective sales pitching.
• Follow provided scripts and ensure accurate information is delivered.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and social media leads professionally.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Record and update all customer interactions in the system.
• Work closely with the team and support marketing activities or events.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, or Degree in any field (Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare-related fields are an advantage).
• Relevant experience in telemarketing or sales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle rejection and work in a target-driven (KPI) environment.
• Strong discipline, responsibility, and good time management skills.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and a team player.

Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Working Days: 5.5 days per week, 1.5 days off

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
