About Radiusite

Radiusite is a growing modest fashion brand specialising in premium Muslimah wear for daily wear, travel and Umrah. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & People Manager to oversee the company's daily operations, lead our team, and ensure every department works efficiently towards achieving company goals.

This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the business.

Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

• Lead, supervise and motivate the operations team and other departments.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Conduct daily briefings and follow up on task completion.
• Coach team members and maintain a positive, accountable work culture.
• Handle staff issues professionally and provide solutions when challenges arise.

Operations Management

• Oversee the company's day-to-day operations.
• Ensure all departments work together efficiently.
• Monitor daily workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule and company standards.
• Maintain and improve company SOPs.

Cross-Department Coordination

Coordinate closely with:

• Marketing
• Content & Creative
• Customer Service
• E-commerce
• Stock & Warehouse
• Production
• Graphic Design
• Live Team

Ensure all departments communicate effectively and execute projects smoothly.

KPI & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor departmental KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.

Product Launch & Campaign Execution

• Coordinate product launches with relevant departments.
• Ensure sufficient stock before every campaign.
• Monitor operational readiness for promotions, live sessions and sales events.
• Ensure marketing campaigns are executed smoothly.

Process Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks.
• Improve workflows to increase efficiency.
• Recommend new systems, tools and automation where appropriate.
• Continuously improve customer experience through better operational processes.

CEO Support

• Work closely with the CEO on company projects.
• Assist in planning and executing business strategies.
• Provide updates, reports and recommendations to improve company performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Team Management or Business Management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce or FMCG is an advantage.
