Position: Admin & Account - Internship

Location: Laguna Merbok, Sungai Petani Kedah

What you will learn:

Admin

• Managing diaries and frequently controlling access to the Manager,
• Organize and schedule appointments as and when requested by superior
• Maintain updated document, data & regular update from the system & Conduct data entry
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Handle multiple projects admin tasks
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries (Administration Tasks Matters) within internal team
• Resolve administrative problems
• Organizing and coordinating events and conferences,
• Reminding the Manager of important tasks and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Ongoing of a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• Presentable and open-minded
• Proficient in English
• Female/Male Malaysian candidates
• Young and energetic
• Can start work at any time according to your internship offer.

Internship Allowances:

• RM 100.00 per month
• Working Hour: Sunday – Thursday (8.30am – 5.30pm), Friday ( 8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Flexi Working Hours
